I hope Janet takes the pic soon coz I do not want to get credit for her work. I just converted it to Black and white and messed with the tones a little..

It makes the pic a bit more classic.. with the coloured one, I think Janet could play around with the tones a little more because the beackground is great but her niece looks like she is in a completely different pic..
